Weight Training
Athletes of all levels and sports are always looking for ways to improve their performance. The best way to start is by building strength. We offer a variety of programs that utilize both free weight and machine movements to increase strength and help protect against injuries.
Trainer Conor McJoynt-Griffith meets with each athlete to conduct a physical assessment, set goals, and provide instruction during workouts on proper form and ways to use equipment. He provides complete athletic training, Function Movement Screen (FMS) included for injury prevention and corrective exercise.
Strength, conditioning, speed and agility training, weight loss goals – 1-2 people
- Single session – $60/hour
- $200 a month / 4 sessions per month
- $400 a month / 8 sessions per month
- $800 a month / 16 sessions per month
Strength, conditioning, speed and agility training, weight loss goals – 3-4 people
- Single session – $30 per hour (per person)
- $300 a month for 4 sessions per month (pricing for group)
- $600 a month for 8 sessions per month (pricing for group)
- $900 a month for 16 sessions per month (pricing for group)

Speed And Agility Training
Agility and speed are highly desired abilities in any sport. Players need to be able to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction quickly without losing body control.
We understand how essential these abilities are for today’s athletes to succeed. This sports performance program focuses on the foundational elements of quality performance, such as athletic positioning, explosive first quickness, lateral and multi-directional movement, jumping and landing mechanics, body weight mastery, and mental toughness skills/conditioning/recovery.
