Pat Noles opened 3N Sports in 2015 with a focus on providing a truly unique training experience for athletes. His goal is to not only improve his athletes as better basketball players, but to develop them into better athletes and better people. Pat surrounds himself with the very best training partners to make sure that every athlete has the opportunity to become successful both on and off the court.

Pat Noles

Founder, Basketball Coach/Trainer

Pat Noles was a four-year collegiate basketball starter, playing two years at the College of Wooster and Otterbein University. Noles led his teams to three conference championships and two NCAA berths. During his college career, he was known as one of the premier shooters in the country, ranking nationally in both three-point shots made and three-point shot percentage.

Noles started his coaching business in 2001 with a focus on individual and small group training. He has spent his entire professional career developing athletes and coaching teams. Noles has conducted countless basketball camps—ranging from private team camps to large instructional youth camps—and has been the head coach for numerous youth teams, AAU teams, travel teams, and Pro-Am teams.






Kris Snyder

Personal Trainer

Kris serves as the youth performance coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. Kris uses a style of teaching that uniquely blends components of the martial arts, resistance band training, positive psychology, and mental toughness to develop the explosive and confident athlete. Kris holds several certifications from leading organizations in the industry and is certified to administer the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Kris also has over 10 years’ experience in martial arts where he earned his black belt from the late Master Clarence West from Steubenville, Ohio.

Kris is a state of Ohio licensed Marriage and Family therapist, earned his MBA and regularly attends seminars to maintain his CEUs and stay abreast of the latest developments in the industry.

Elijah Scott (Coach E)

Basketball Coach/Trainer

Elijah Scott is a Bexley High School alum who starred in both football and basketball. Elijah joined 3N Sports in 2015 as an assistant coach for all travel and AAU teams. He is now head coach for multiple teams and runs all youth basketball drop in workouts as well conducting individual and small group training. He was the head 9th grade coach at Dublin Coffman for the 2021-22 & 2022-23 Seasons and is the current Head coach for 3N Sports 2028 Boys AAU team.






Sam Nolan (Coach Nolan)

Basketball Coach/Trainer

Sam Nolan is a 2014 Bexley High School Graduate. At Bexley, Sam played three years of varsity basketball. He was a 2-year captain who earned recognition on the All-State Team, and the All-District First Team. He was also the MLS Conference Player of the Year. Sam has been around 3N since its inception and has coached multiple 3N basketball teams. Sam has been an Intervention Specialist at Columbus City Schools since graduating college in 2018. He prides himself on his ability to teach his clients transferable skills that don’t involve bouncing or shooting a basketball, in addition to providing high quality on the court work. He focuses on individual and small group training.






Delaney Cutteridge

Basketball Coach/Trainer

Delaney Cutteridge is a Bishop Ready High School Alum. Cutteridge was a four-year collegiate player at Otterbein University. During her college career, she earned one of six spots on the CoSIDA Academic All-District first team. As a senior, prior to a season-ending injury, she was ranked nationally for average assists per game and total assists in a season. She was part of a duo that steered the Cardinals to lead the league in both assists to turnover ratio and fewest turnovers per game; both categories ranking Otterbein in the top 20 nationally. Cutteridge was named All-OAC her senior season and received the OAC Clyde Lamb Award, an award given to one male and one female athlete among all sports within the league. She was the assistant coach for the Otterbein Women's Basketball team during the 2022-23 season. Cutteridge remains with the team as the Player Development Coach

Cutteridge began coaching in 2015 with Elevate and Step Up Basketball Academies, training youth as young as six years oldup through high school age players. She has coached at numerous basketball camps, including Nike camps since 2017. She focuses on individual and small group training.
